About Us

Sutton Park Associates is a group of three business professionals of diverse background, who bring many years of experience in industrial and residential development and construction as well as in public relations and marketing. Starting in 1999, they began the process of acquiring and permitting four separate parcels of land to form the South Sutton Commerce Park. Today all of the various federal, state and local permits required to bring to market this premier property have been obtained and are in full force and effect. Building lots can now be conveyed without any further federal or state review and subject only to the requirements of the Town of Sutton Planning Board for site plan review.
